Survey questionnaire (with prize draw) – MCCIP ecosystem linkages report card 2009

We are currently in the early planning stages for our next set of MCCIP products, and to ensure that we are delivering valuable publications we need your feedback.

We would like to invite you to participate in our survey questionnaire, which provides you with the opportunity to give us your opinions on the 2009 MCCIP ecosystem linkages report card.

The questionnaire will take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete and can be accessed through the following link.

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=_2fiC9PXLjse72eBiFZQeZcQ_3d_3d

All completed questionnaires will be entered into a prize draw for one of 3 copies of the book ‘The Long Summer: How Climate Changed Civilization’ by Brian Fagan

We hope that you will be able to spare a few minutes to provide us with your valuable opinions.

If you haven’t had a chance to look at the report card yet, it is accessible online at:

www.mccip.org.uk/elr

The online version supports detailed scientific reports on the five topics covered in the report card. These reports have been peer reviewed by a panel of internationally recognised experts in marine climate change. A pdf of the 16-page hard copy of the summary report card is available to download in both English and Welsh on the website.

To request a glossy hard copy to be sent to you before completing this survey, please send an email request to the following address office@mccip.org.uk

We really need to know if MCCIP report cards are meeting your needs and this will be your opportunity to let us know. Your opinions are extremely important to us and will help inform the development of future MCCIP products.

Please feel free to forward this on to colleagues with an interest in marine climate change issues.
